How to keep my jewelry in good condition?
Here are some tips and tricks to keep your jewelry in a good condition for a longer time:
Store each piece in its own Carrot Club microfiber pouch to avoid scratches and tangles. Your jewelry should be kept in a cool, dark place to preserve their shine. A sealed plastic bag and silica gel will protect it from humidity.
Keep your jewelry in rotation. The more you wear your jewelry, the less it will oxidize. So enjoy your pieces regularly. But if you’re not wearing it often, give it a clean now and then.
Steer clear of chemicals like perfume, hairspray, and makeup, and make sure to keep your pieces out of direct sunlight to prevent gemstones from losing their color.
How do I clean my jewelry?
Gently clean your jewelry with a soft, non-abrasive and lint-free (jewelry-polishing) cloth; this helps maintain or bring back its shine. You can also use a jewelry cleaning solution, to remove residue from finer areas. Ensure pieces are completely dry before storing.
Daily wear
While some materials are resistant to tarnishing. We recommend to take off your jewelry before swimming and exercising. Salt water, chlorine or chemically treated water can damage precious metals and gemstones by dulling or eroding them. Rigorous activities or exercising might expose your jewelry to scratches or accumulate perspiration and grimes, If you exercise with them, clean your jewelry under running water and make sure to dry them with a soft cloth.
We also recommend removing your jewelry before you shower, as a precaution on the chance your body soap contains perfume or oils that may affect the coating's integrity. If you would like to wear our jewelry to shower, we would recommend our 14k solid gold or titanium pieces.
Order & Payment
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation on your email once an order has been confirmed.
How long does it take to process my order?
It takes about 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order.
Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.

Can I return or exchange my item?
Purchased items can only be exchanged once, within 14 days of purchase in unworn condition with original packaging.
Email us at hello@carrotclub.co with your name and order number, and which items you would like to exchange for. We will send you the instructions for the shipping to our warehouse. We will not be liable for lost mail should it be sent via regular mail. Shipping will be borne by the customer.
Exchanged items will be valued as per the amount it was purchased at. We do not process exchanges for discounted items.
The price of the exchanged item should be equal to the new item. If there is an increase in price, a top up will be required and it will be borne by the customer. If a customer chooses to exchange their purchase for an item of lesser value, refunds will not be provided.
What is your warranty policy?
Our warranty covers a timeframe of 30 days from the date of purchase. This is inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
Our warranty cover damages on jewelry due to manufacturing issues only and does not cover lost items, damages/scratches that come with normal wear and tear, and tarnishing or discoloration from chemical exposure or improper storage.
Faulty, wrong, or missing items
Each Carrot Club piece undergoes strict quality checks. If you experience damage to your purchase due to manufacturing, please contact us so we may evaluate your piece.
Email hello@carrotclub.co with photos, a short video, and a description. We won't be able to process orders with missing items without a proper unboxing video.
If my return is approved, how long does it take for me to get a refund?
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, this time frame may be extended to 30 working days during the busy time of year.

What are the delivery options?
For shipping to Indonesia, you can place your order through our Official Tokopedia page and select your preferred courier.
For Singapore address
Standard: S$5 for orders under S$50. Timeframe: 3-5 business days
Free Express Shipping: for orders above S$150. Timeframe: 1-2 business days
Additional shipping time may occur during peak or festive season

Mon - Fri (10am -5pm)
Our warehouse are closed on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm, will be delivered on the next working day
How do I track my order?
We know you’re excited for your parcel to arrive!
Your parcel will be delivered via J&T Express. Head over to J&T and key in your tracking number. You will receive your tracking number in your email after your parcel is handed over to our delivery partner.
